Service Project Cooking Food at Northview Christian Church

Every Tuesday Northview Christian Church fixes dinner, dessert, and the following days lunch for the homeless who are downtown Indianapolis.

Scouts are needed to help cook. We start at 9:00 in the morning and work until 4:30. Scouts can stay as long or as short amount of time as they want.

Ms. Peggy will provide them some kind of lunch for those that stay all day. If they want something fresher than reheated leftover pizza then the scout will need to bring their own or go out to lunch.

Just so those with allergies know, sometimes the only thing we have to make as a sandwich for the next day is peanut butter.

The volunteers cook out of the gray barn behind the church.
