July 10 - Special Meeting
There will be a special Troop meeting for those going to Summer Camp on Tuesday, July 10, 2012 at the Scout Hut (in place of the normal meeting). This is the last meeting before we head out to camp and a great time for parents and scouts to make sure everything is ready to go and in place.
Summer Camp Health and Medical Forms
ALL youth and adults attending must have a current BSA health form on file (completed within last 12 months). Section A, B, and C (physician signed) need to be completed and turned in by July 10 at Scout Hut.
Download the BSA Health Form and complete sections A, B, and C only.
Wednesday Family Night, July 18
Parents Night: Wednesday evening is Parent Night at camp. The Troop is providing chicken and drinks. Cost to parents is to bring a side dish and/or desert at approx. 6:00pm at the camp site. Please let Chris Jackson know it you are attending when you drop your scout off on Sunday so we can plan the evening. The program areas of the camp are open and a campfire is planned if the fire burn is lifted.
