Fletcher Place Conservation project at Fletcher Place

This is a conservation service project to help the Fletcher place update their community garden. One of our previous Eagle Scouts did a project for them and they have requested we do additional service. Every scout needs Conservation hours! They have asked we come help out and update their garden beds. They need some tbars installed and some fence panels place up for the garden to grow. They have also asked that we spread some mulch/compost in the garden beds.

We will meet at The Scout Hut and then Transport Scouts in a few vehicles to the Clean up location or you can go directly to the site.

• We’ll need a few parents to help, mainly to walk with the kids for their mile clean-up stretch
• Please wear bright colored and old clothes.
• Wear shoes that can get wet. Even if it hasn’t rained for a few days, the grass usually has dew on it.
• Please bring hearing protection/eye protection/gloves!
