Noah would like to ask if anyone from the troop could come out to Belzer this Saturday morning (Jun 21) for work with his drainage project around the canoe area. There will be digging and moving of rock so any shovels and work gloves would be appreciated. The Frank's will try to have extras of gloves, and I think the camp will have shovels.
Noah is planning on having scouts meet at the Scout Hut at 8, and then share rides to Belzer. We could really use some adult help for traveling.
We will stay until around 1:00 PM, so back at Scout Hut no later than 2:00 PM. Pizza and drinks for lunch and snacks and water will be provided, but they should bring a water bottle that they can refill.
This project is for Noah Frank's Firecrafter Minisino Candidacy, which is a big honor for Noah and our troop. This project is to help with erosion at the area, so if you want to count it as a conservation project for something you could.
