Final troop meeting before our Jamboree Adventure.

This is also out last camp out before Jamboree. Very important to have everyone if at all possible.

All Jamboree Troops from Crossroads of America will be there.

Propsed Saturday Agenda

8:30 AM	Setup
9:00 AM	Troops gather in Individual Units - Units need to plan location to meet and for gear drop. Take Attendance Drop Gear
9:15 AM	Units Gather at Flag Pole for Flag Raising Announcements
9:30 AM	Program in Training Center Starts Welcome – Charge to the Troops Youth Protection Training Stretch Day in the Jamboree Life What to Bring and Not Bring Going and Coming Back Each Troop Responsible for being prepared to lead one song. (*) pending confirmation
Noon	Adjourn for Lunch, Council Program ends – Each unit is responsible for program after this point.
2:00 - 3:30 PM	Pool Open for Swim Test only
3:30 - 5:00 PM	Pool Open for Free Swim and Testing
5:00 PM	Dinner with Troop
6:30 PM	Troop Evening Events
