Looking for a Troop to Lead Flag Ceremony for the MS Society in Indianapolis
The National MS Society is asking scouts to do a flag ceremony before the walk starts on Saturday (April 21). Scouts can also stay and help in other ways such as cheering on the participants.
The scouts would need to bring their own flags. They would need to arrive by 9:15 am, do the Presentation of Colors around 9:40am which would be followed by the singing of the National Anthem. They would then be free to leave.
NMSS could use Boy Scouts in various capacities...for example, to help cheer walkers on during the route and at the finish line.
