CAMPOREE INFORMATION - MUST HAVE ADDITIONAL CONSENT FORMS and HEALTH FORMS
Several of the activities for this weekend's camporee are HIGH ADVENTURE, like rock climbing. Due to the nature of the activity the camporee is requiring all youth and adults to have the following:
- Be a registered Boy Scout
- Have a Medical Health Form -- If you went to Summer Camp we will use it. If you did not go to summer camp, then you need to use the attached form, fill it out, and have a physician fill out Part C.
- Fill out and Sign a consent form -- There are separate consent forms for Adults and Youth.
Without those items the scouts and adults can not participate in the COPE or Wall Climbing activity. All other events will be available to all, such as: First Aid Event, Atlatl Demonstration and Event, Tug-O-War, Five Mile Hike.
